Is shipping free?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we offer free shipping on all orders. Every order is delivered directly to your door at no extra cost. There is no minimum order requirement.


How long does delivery take?

The total delivery time is typically 7–14 business days. After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners and delivered to your address.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our Track & Trace page.

Shipping confirmations are usually sent within 1–3 days after your order is placed.


Can I return or exchange my order?

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
