Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maisonivory.com.
Please include:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
After review, we will send you a free replacement, or a refund. A return of the damaged item is not required in this case.

Refunds

Since we offer free shipping, there are no additional shipping costs to refund.
